- 2 large zucchinis
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice zucchinis into thick steaks and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the zucchini steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the zucchini.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red chili flakes before baking.
