- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (optional)
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach or broccoli florets (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, chicken (if using), spinach or broccoli (optional), garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp, sausage, or roasted vegetables for variety.
