Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (optional)
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach or broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss pasta with Alfredo sauce, chicken (if using), spinach or broccoli (optional), garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
