Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup beef stock
  • 5 Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Cooked Rice optional
  • None Corn
  • None Beans
  • None Lettuce
  • None Tomato
  • None Cheese of your choice

Method
 

  1. Cook the beef: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Increase heat to high, add ground beef, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Season: Add paprika, oregano, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato paste, then pour in beef stock. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble: Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Layer with rice, 3–4 tablespoons of beef mixture. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito.
  4. Toast & serve: Heat a dry pan over high heat and toast each burrito until golden on all sides. Serve warm and enjoy!
