Chicken Legs
  • 4 legs chicken legs skin-on, bone-in
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken legs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
Cook in Slow Cooker
  1. Place the seasoned chicken legs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, serve the chicken legs with the sauce spooned over the top.
