  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo Fresh salsa with ripe tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice
  • 2 Lime Wedges Fresh limes to enhance flavors
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh cilantro, bright green leaves
  • to taste Hot Sauce Your favorite variety
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil High-quality for sautéing shrimp
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Freshly ground for seasoning

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients: shrimp, tostada shells, avocado, lime, cilantro, and desired toppings. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. In another skillet, heat oil and fry the tostada shells until crisp.
