Ingredients
  

Seafood and Vegetables
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb small red potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
