Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz rotini pasta or any pasta of your choice
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
Herbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and black olives.
Add Dressing
  1. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
