  • 4 large Sweet Onions Yellow or Vidalia work beautifully.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Thyme or parsley.
  • 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the onions thinly for even cooking.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the sliced onions. Cook until soft and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese along with the chopped herbs. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the onion mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
