- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter with eggs, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mix, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
