  • 4 fillets salmon aim for around 6 oz each
For the Butter Mixture
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter provides a rich base
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice gives a tangy brightness
For the Garnish
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on the foil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter in a small bowl until liquefied, then mix in the minced garlic and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Fold the edges of the foil to create sealed packets around the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
