  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice use freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce healthier option
  • 2 tbsp honey adds natural sweetness
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
