- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine rolled oats, desiccated coconut, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix coconut cream, honey or maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture into a lined baking tray, pressing down firmly.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Cool in the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
