Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, eggs, and melted butter. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow them to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
