- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gently grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant, then fold in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted for approximately 3 minutes.
- Mix heavy cream with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Optionally, add grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
- Combine wilted spinach in the prepared baking dish and drizzle over the creamy mixture, topping with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly with a golden top.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
