How to Make Carrot Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a baking dish.
- Boil water in a large pot, then add the sliced carrots. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
- Mix together sour cream, eggs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the tender cooked carrots gently to coat them well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
