Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and packed brown sugar until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until mixed.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, crushed Oreo cookies, and Oreo crumbs.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Top each cookie with cream cheese frosting before serving.
