How to Make Chocolate Cake Cheesecake Truffles
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water. Stir until smooth and well blended. Pour this mixture into a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into small pieces.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Take portions of the crumbled cake, flatten in your palm, place about half a teaspoon of cheesecake filling, and roll into balls.
  6. Place the truffles on parchment paper and chill for at least one hour.
