Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  2. Drizzle hot honey over the feta and chicken.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to warm the feta.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
