How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and half of the dried Italian herbs.
- Mix in a bowl the minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, and the remaining herbs.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in the baking dish, placing the halved baby potatoes around them.
- Drizzle the garlic-Parmesan mixture generously over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
