Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
