Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, and blend until smooth.
  3. Crack in the eggs and add vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
