Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded use rotisserie chicken for convenience
Vegetables
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved red or green
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt can substitute with mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and diced cucumber.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
