Prepare the Dressing
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
- Add white wine vinegar and Dijon mustard, and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
