Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
  2. Blend together avocados, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  3. Return the drained pasta to the pot over low heat, then gently stir in the avocado sauce until coated.
  4. Taste the pasta and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  5. Serve the pasta warm, garnished with fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
