- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding until just combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries and orange zest gently.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
