Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract pure
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream homemade preferred
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice fresh
Strawberries
  • 12 pieces Fresh Strawberries plump and ripe
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers optional
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Nuts optional
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup optional

Method
 

Prep the Strawberries
  1. Select fresh, ripe strawberries, rinse gently, and pat dry. Slice off the tops to create a hollow space for the filling.
Whip Up the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Adjust consistency with milk if needed.
Fill Those Strawberries
  1. Use a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag to fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture until slightly overflowing.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts on top of each filled strawberry. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
