Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz fusilli pasta or any pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herb flavor recommended
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach optional
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated, optional

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the Boursin cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. If using, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese if desired.
