Asparagus
  • 1 pound asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the asparagus is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
