  • 3 large Eggs For best results
  • 1 cup Water Follow cake mix instructions
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil Light oil for neutral taste
Frosting and Coating
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Frosting For moisture and tanginess
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melts High-quality for better melting
  • 1/2 cup Red and Blue Sprinkles For decoration
  • 10 pieces Lollipop Sticks Sturdy for easy handling
  • 1 sheet Wax Paper For cooling

Method
 

Prepare the Cake Mixture
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Bake the Cake
  1. Grease a rectangular baking pan and pour your batter into it. Spread it evenly and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Crumble the Cake
  1. Once the cake has cooled, crumble it into fine pieces in a large bowl. Add about half a cup of frosting and mix until well incorporated.
Shape Your Cake Pops
  1. Shape the mixture into small balls and insert lollipop sticks into each ball. Place them on wax paper.
