Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath until completely cool. Peel under running water.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Top each filled egg with blueberries or slices of strawberries/raspberries.
- Chill on a platter until ready to serve.
