  • 1 loaf submarine sandwich bread
  • 6 oz deli meats (salami, ham, turkey)
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced thick
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 dill pickles (whole or sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  2. Slice the submarine bread in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
