Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 100g milk chocolate chips
  • 100g white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Stir in milk and white chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 32-35 minutes until a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
