- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 150g unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 200g granulated sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 100g milk chocolate chips
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in milk and white chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 32-35 minutes until a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Notes
