- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Sauce: Stir the cream soup and milk into the beef mixture. Add frozen vegetables if using.
- Assemble Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top, then arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
