Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic.
  • Add trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl, toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
