- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Add trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl, toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
