A decadent, cream cheese-swirled fudge that captures the beloved flavor of red velvet cake in a rich, bite-sized treat.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler until smooth. Remove 1 cup of mixture; set aside.
- Add red food coloring to remaining mixture; stir until uniform.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in reserved white chocolate mixture.
- Pour red mixture into pan. Drop cream cheese mixture in spoonfuls; swirl with knife.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
Notes
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
- Allow fudge to sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving
- Use gel food coloring for more intense color
