Description

A decadent, cream cheese-swirled fudge that captures the beloved flavor of red velvet cake in a rich, bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler until smooth. Remove 1 cup of mixture; set aside.
  • Add red food coloring to remaining mixture; stir until uniform.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in reserved white chocolate mixture.
  • Pour red mixture into pan. Drop cream cheese mixture in spoonfuls; swirl with knife.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
  • Allow fudge to sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving
  • Use gel food coloring for more intense color
