- 2 cups pecan pie filling
- 16 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans for garnish
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crumble cooled brownies into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Mix with pecan pie filling until well combined and moldable.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Stir vegetable oil into melted chocolate. Dip frozen brownie balls into chocolate, place on parchment paper, and sprinkle with chopped pecans before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
