Description

A decadent dessert fusion combining fudgy brownies with classic pecan pie filling, rolled into bite-sized treats and dipped in chocolate for an irresistible sweet explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch fudgy brownies (9x13 inch pan)
  • 2 cups pecan pie filling
  • 16 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Crumble cooled brownies into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Mix with pecan pie filling until well combined and moldable.
  • Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Stir vegetable oil into melted chocolate. Dip frozen brownie balls into chocolate, place on parchment paper, and sprinkle with chopped pecans before chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
