- 6 cups mixed winter greens
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine greens, orange segments, and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
- Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk olive oil, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper for dressing.
- Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
