Description

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, segmented

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine greens, orange segments, and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
  • Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Whisk olive oil, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper for dressing.
  • Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
