  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
