- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 cups beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in milk and cheddar cheese, mixing until cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
