Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels. Rub them with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and additional salt if needed. Apply this spice rub generously over the ribs.
- Place seasoned ribs in the slow cooker. Pour in barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Optional: For a sticky glaze, transfer cooked ribs to a baking sheet, brush with more barbecue sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until bubbly.
