Crust:

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar gradually, then eggs one at a time. Mix in cream and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
