Filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar gradually, then eggs one at a time. Mix in cream and vanilla.
  • Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
