  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice eggplants lengthwise into halves.
