- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped

- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in dill pickles and dill weed.
- Chop the red onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Combine the cooled pasta with the dressing in a large bowl and toss well.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables along with salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasonings.
