Instructions

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy; let drain on paper towels before crumbling.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon bits, and feta cheese. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
