- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced thinly
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard until combined.
- Lay one tortilla flat; spoon half of the beef mixture on one side and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a semi-circle. Cook in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve with extra ketchup or mustard.
