  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard until combined.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat; spoon half of the beef mixture on one side and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to create a semi-circle. Cook in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve with extra ketchup or mustard.
