Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups green and purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tortillas (flour or corn)

  2. Grill or sauté chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
