- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Nutella
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Add dollops of Nutella and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Notes
- Allow to cool completely before cutting for cleaner squares
