Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Add dollops of Nutella and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
