- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
- Top with strawberry slices, whipped cream, and warm strawberry preserves.
