  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In the last few minutes of grilling, top each breast with shredded pepper jack cheese and close the grill lid until melted (2-3 minutes).
