- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
- n a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cod fillets and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden.
- Pour the sauce over the fish, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
