- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, onion for serving
- Condiments of choice
Instructions
- Gently mix beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 equal patties, making a thumb indent in center.
- Heat grill/pan to medium-high. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
- Add cheese if desired, toast buns, assemble with toppings.
Notes
- Don’t overwork the meat when mixing
- Make patties slightly larger than buns as they shrink
- For best results, use room temperature meat
