  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion for serving
  • Condiments of choice

Instructions

  • Gently mix beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 equal patties, making a thumb indent in center.
  • Heat grill/pan to medium-high. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
  • Add cheese if desired, toast buns, assemble with toppings.

Notes
